1. Services Provided
In-School VR Field Trips: Tapvigo shall provide a complete class set of wireless VR headsets and facilitate guided, interactive sessions at the Client's location.
The service includes setup, content delivery (Space Exploration, Atoms & Molecules, or Curiosity in Orbit), and on-site facilitation by Tapvigo staff.
2. Operational Details
- Setup: Tapvigo team arrives 1 hour prior to the first session.
- Duration: Sessions run 60-70 minutes per class.
- Requirements: A large open space, gymnasium preferred (60' x 40' or 12m x 18m), and access to power.
- Reset: A 20-minute break is required between sessions for sanitization.
3. Pricing & Payment

4. Booking Terms
A deposit of 50% is required to secure the date. The balance is due after the event, adjusted for actual attendance (subject to the minimum charge of $1,395).
